Nuestro Cheesecake de guayaba, lima y coco: plant based, sin gluten y sin azúcar refinada. Con base de harina de almendras y arroz integral, relleno de Silken tofu, anacardos y guayaba natural de nuestro patio. 



Tamaño de 8 pulgadas y rinde para 8 a 10 porciones.

Ingredients

Nuestros postres están elaborados con
ingredientes completamente a base de plantas y sin gluten. Utilizamos harinas
como todo uso sin gluten, almendras, avena, tapioca y maicena. Edulcorantes
como azúcar de coco, agave, dátiles, guineos y fruta del monje con eritritol.
Otros ingredientes incluyen: cacao en polvo orgánico, polvo de remolacha orgánico,
leche de almendras artesanal, leche de coco, aceite de coco, anacardos, entre otros.

Storage

Our non-frozen desserts can be stored in a sealed container for up to two days outside the refrigerator and up to 5 days if stored inside the refrigerator in an airtight glass container preferably. Product can be frozen, but should first be wrapped in your choice of wrap (beeswax wrap, silicone wrap, or reusable plastic wrap) for up to 2 months.

Frozen desserts can be stored in special freezer bags that are reusable if they are to be stored for more than 5 days. When you are going to consume it, you can let it thaw in the fridge.

Desserts that need to be frozen to maintain their structure can be thawed for 10-15 minutes before eating. It is important to cut them while they are still firm to prevent the dessert from sinking.
